On December 31st 2007 the business share of the PUBLIC HOLDING Ljubljana in the company ŽALE public company was transferred to the Municipality of Ljubljana, which became the sole partner of this public entity on that day.

Bojan Lepičnik was born in 1957 at Novo mesto. By profession he specialized in management and has run the company Žale d.o.o. since 2003. During the years from 1991 to 2003 he had worked as a business consultant for small to medium enterprises (SME’s).

Zoran Kramžar, BSc (Econ) – manager of the OE (organization unit) funeral services
Zoran Kramžar was born in 1954 in Ljubljana. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economy. He assumed the position of management of OE funeral services on 1.1.2009.

MSc. Robert Martinčič  – director OE cemetery services
Robert Martinčič was born in 1959 in Ljubljana. His profession is horticulture engineering and he achieved a BSc in Economy and a Master degree of Science. He has been employed at the company since 1984. Apart from cemetery services, he is also in charge of safety and occupational health and ISO certficates 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Besides, he is the official responsible for providing public information for company Žale d.o.o.
